About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, custom orders and use of the website operated by Press & Sass Co. at pressandsassco.com. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms and our applicable store policies.

Products & Services

Press & Sass Co. offers personalized products, custom printing, apparel, gifts, labels, stationery, business printing and other custom or ready-made merchandise.

Product availability, designs, materials, colors, pricing and other product details may change from time to time.

Personalized & Custom Products

Many of our products are created specifically according to information, artwork, photographs, text or other customization submitted or approved by the customer.

Press & Sass Co. is not responsible for customer-entered spelling errors, incorrect information, low-quality customer-supplied images or other errors contained in content submitted or approved by the customer.

Product Designer & Digital Proofs

Certain products may allow customers to personalize a template or create their own design using an online product customization tool. The on-screen preview is intended to help customers visualize the finished product.

Screen displays, monitor settings, printing processes, materials and other production factors may cause reasonable differences between an on-screen preview and the finished physical product.

When a customer submits or approves a customized design, that approval authorizes Press & Sass Co. to produce the item using the submitted design and information.

Customer-Supplied Artwork & Photos

Customers may be permitted to upload photographs, logos, graphics, artwork or other content for use on customized products.

By uploading or submitting content, you represent that you own the content or have permission and all necessary rights to use, reproduce and print it for the requested purpose.

You agree not to submit content that unlawfully infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights.

Right to Refuse Content

Press & Sass Co. reserves the right to decline, cancel or request changes to an order when submitted content cannot reasonably or lawfully be produced, including content that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

If we decline an order before production for one of these reasons, any appropriate refund for the unproduced item will be handled based on the circumstances of the order.

Image & Artwork Quality

Customers are responsible for providing photographs and artwork of sufficient quality and resolution for the requested product.

Images that appear acceptable on a phone or computer screen may not necessarily produce the same quality when enlarged or printed. When possible, Press & Sass Co. may notify customers of obvious quality concerns, but we cannot guarantee that every image-quality issue will be identified before production.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on the website in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated or displayed during checkout when required.

Payment is due when an order is placed unless Press & Sass Co. has agreed to different terms for a specific custom or business order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer before proceeding.

Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product, order quantity, customization and production method.

Any production timeframe provided on the website or during an order is an estimate unless Press & Sass Co. expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible. Because custom products may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been submitted.

Once production has begun, personalized or custom products generally cannot be cancelled or changed.

Returns & Refunds

Personalized and custom products are generally not eligible for return, exchange or refund due to customer error, change of mind or preference after production has begun.

If Press & Sass Co. makes an error in producing an order, or an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, contact us so we can review the issue.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Press & Sass Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Third-Party Production & Fulfillment

Press & Sass Co. may use third-party printers, production providers, suppliers or fulfillment partners for certain products.

Information necessary to manufacture, fulfill or ship an order may be provided to these partners as reasonably required to complete the customer’s order.

Business & Bulk Orders

Business printing, bulk orders and specially quoted projects may be subject to additional specifications, pricing, production schedules, proof approvals or payment terms communicated at the time of the order.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Press & Sass Co. website content, original graphics, branding, product photographs, templates and original designs remain the property of Press & Sass Co. or their respective licensors.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, template or digital design.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the website, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

Errors & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing and availability information. Occasionally information may contain errors or products may become unavailable.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel an unavailable product. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate refund for the affected item.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Press & Sass Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
